The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most commonly used psychometric in the world. It provides the foundations for a deep understanding of personal motivations and group interactions and can be applied to personal and business issues. MBTI can be revisited over time as new challenges arise. We use MBTI as a tool for team development and coaching and facilitate short MBTI-based individual consultations.
