We model inclusivity throughout our work and this programme by creating a learning space which is open and holding and allows people to be who they really are. There’s no judgment here. We’re great believers in ‘who we are is how we coach’ and that when we bring together humans in all their diversity we create something powerful. The whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts.
